Snowmobiling is undoubtedly one of the favorite winter activities in Eastern Idaho and Western
Wyoming. You can enjoy this sport throughout the valley and surrounding areas. The closest
snowmobile trails to Teton Saddleback Vistas are in the Targhee National Forest adjoining the
community to the south.
Teton, Madison, and Jefferson counties offer 280 miles of groomed trails and tens of thousands
of acres of off-trail riding. The world famous loop trails of Island Park are approximately 89 miles
from Teton Saddleback Vistas, and connect with the West Yellowstone trail systems.
Togwotee Mountain Lodge, approximately 99 miles to the northeast of Teton Saddleback Vistas,
has the reputation of being the world's premier snowmobile resort. Quite frankly, the riding just
doesn't get any better!
