- Down Payment: 20%.
- Interest Rate: 0% annual for 12 months; 6% for the next 6 months for the first 8 lots sold; and a flat 5% on the balance of all remaining lots.
- Balance Due On Loan: 18 months or upon sale of the home, whichever comes first.
- Conditions: All construction plans must be approved by the architecture committee. Buyer must provide a bank commitment letter for a construction loan or proof of funds equal to $125.00 per square foot. Construction must begin within 45 days from lot purchase. Seller will subordinate to bank construction loan up to $125.00 per square foot.
- Completion of Construction: Within 12 months of closing on lots (excluding weather for landscaping). Failure to begin or complete construction will result in $300.00 per day until such time as construction starts or the home is completed.
- Purchase price includes all infrastructure as per recorded map.
